Standard time period is 5 hours, usually 7pm to 12am or 8pm to 1am. Entertainment required beyong the agreed time is subject to an extra charge of $50 per half-hour, including GST. Payable on the night of the function - no exceptions.

I/we will enclose with the Booking/Preferred Music Sheer, a deposit of $100 including GST. A reciept will be posted. The remaining balance is to be paid just PRIOR to the entertainment commencing. This deposit is refundable only when 30 days minimum notice of cancellation is given as once SoundWave is fully booked, functions are turned away.
