SoundWave began in early 1995 and has progressed to be one of the largest Disc Jockey businesses throughout the Bay of Plenty. Covering from the smallest of weddings to corporate conferences, SoundWave Entertainment has established a professional name in the entertainment industry. We offer only the best and fully trained Disc Jockey’s with flair and the ability to turn any occasion into a memorable one.

Known for our quality and professional service, SoundWave Entertainment provide an excellent selection of lighting adding spice and flavour to our professional act. An extremely large compact disc selection, from the 60’s right through to the new stuff, prepares us for any clientele. NB: We do not play rap music unless it is especially requested. We feel there is such a limited demand for that particular style of music and SoundWave is reputed to have a versatile and flexible approach to its clientele’s music selection.

Focusing on "Entertainment more than just music" has provided the success in the past and will provide the stepping stone for the success in future.

SoundWave also have a karaoke service available. We can provide one of our Disc Jockey's to help get the crowd into the feel of the night, or just to combine a mixture of Disc Jockey and karaoke.
