Our Services

Our Service includes a professional DJ for up to 5 hours.  (If requested, the DJ can play further than 5 hours at an after hour rate).  The DJ will be provided with the latest in sound equipment including a variety of intelligent lighting and he/she will bring with them their wide selection of CD’s compiling early 60’s right through to the new stuff…..  Included in our cost are our travel and setting up and breaking down of our sound equipment both before and after the function.

We pride ourselves in the professionalism of our service, being the main reason SoundWave are the preferred entertainment for many upmarket hotels/resorts in Rotorua and also Wairakei Resort in Taupo.  We are so confident in the quality of our service that we provide all our clientele with this written guarantee
“If the customer is unhappy with the service SoundWave provide, within reason, that function will be free of charge”.

After every function we send out a comment form which also serves as a reference.  These are of major importance for us to keep track of how we are performing and also for our corporate clientele who have recommended our services as well.

Our terms of trade for corporate clientele are payment due 20th month following date of invoice.  (Invoice dated 4th January, due by 20th February).
